Career confusion

Hey guys, i am a btech mechanical graduate, year 2023. I got placed in a pharmaceutical company,in maintenance dept, but work here is purely either Documentation or some kind of general management work, nothing related to actual mechanical application. I feel stuck here with no possible growth. What should i focus on, if i want to switch to non pharma company, like automobile or heavy machinery etc. , as a mech grad ?

Dislikes

Everything. Seniors force you to do wrong practice and than blackmail for the same in terms of job security. Deserving ones don't get promotions or desired increment.
