Cipla is one of the best company. I'm working here over last 6 year, your every Good work Is going to recognize.

Everything depends on management here, if there would be good leader then you are going to learn lots of skills and you enjoy your work. Past few month I'm very disappointed with my new management. Some bad management people join Cipla and people started leaving Cipla, like my boss left Cipla due to poor management. I'm very disappointed with my new management, with their bad behavior.

Earlier it was best but from last 3 to 4 years I don't know who gives them award of best company to work in.. Now Cipla is not company it is all what DSH will decide.. it is his own company and his policy wherein HRs will listen to DSH not company's policies.. Nothing to like

HRs are not listening to MRs, ABMs. HRs are now seeing how can they listen to their DSH and save his own job.. It is going worst day by day.. MRs are putting 20k to 25k per month to achieve targets so DSH can get promoted in 1 year and MRs family can beg for food on streets as last time in 1 year against HR policy he got promoted asDSH so now again he can.. THE LEADERS WHO ARE COMING FROM OUTSIDE CIPLA FOR JUST HIKE IN SALARY AND SPOIL ENTIRE CIPLA CULTURE AND VALUES . EVEN CIPLA HR WILL HELP PEOPLE IN ONLY SALARY ISSUE NOTHING ELSE REST ALL WILL TAKE OF LEADERS IF ANYONE WANT TO SPEAK REGARDING SOME UNETHICAL THINGS GOING ON IN CIPLA . LEADER WILL PUT HIM ON PIP OR ELSE HE NEED TO CONTINUE DOING UNETHICAL PROCESS TO SURVIVE IN CIPLA.

-Incentive structure with too many clauses and old travelling and daily allowance structure (Like they are living in the era of 2013-14).They just follow their lesser ones in the industry instead of being trend setters because Cipla is one of biggest profitable Pharma company. -Biased appraisal system and they don't care whether youhave given an incredible performance that means all horses and donkeys are treated as equal at the time of appraisals.All people get +- 2-3% higher or lesser increments. They consider 90% and 120% performances almost equal.Whether you have given them 150% performance and 60-70% yearly sales growth but highest increment will be only limited to 10-11% that is just 2-3% higher than under performers. Basically their appraisal system is poor as compared to other A class Pharma companies even in super speciality segments despite of good performances and revenues That's one of the big reason of higher attrition in Cipla.They don't value enough their employee's hard work and they don't bother about retention of good performers. --Biased rewards and recognition programs without any transparency which is decided by marketing people for sales people. --Foreign trips as per yearly performance are limited to nearby Asian countries only for 2-3 days only.No spouse and children are allowed like other companies.Very lesser known Pharma companies are doing much better out of country reward and recognition programs for their super achievers for 5-6 days unlike Cipla....Read More

Cipla is adjustment based Company , Only focus on Primary billing . In any how you have to achieve your target. Also for there benefits,upper management give a huge target without any pre planned strategy.

HR is making the organisation handicapp half of the organisation with there scaryness and top level management doesnt know anything on the ground and never comes to work on the ground and company is becoming totally system driven which in practical and top level management doesnt bother about the practicality and mainly top level management doesnt know how to drive the organisation
