Once join organisation is driven by HR and finance only not the technical persons who will really work for revenue generation of company and growth. No encouragement from senior leadership. Everyone from top to bottom think of securing their own jobs not the organisation growth or requirement. Work culture is worst. All Company policy is good and leave policy is goood .cipla is very good company but those people are working in Cipla many more years and start his/her career in Cipla these people are not treated good for new people and no any knowledge for older employee .

HR relation and manufacturing employee . Beacause it’s my personal experience I am not says overall . I am abscond but already I inform to leave from the mail communication after that company or HR send 3 warning letter before the date of my leave(leave intimation date ) and send this letter by post not received on my mail .Why notreceived this letter on my mail ? If your Boss local and you are belonging from different area then don't work here, Local management are ruing CIPLA brand value, If you are outsider from Maharastra then don't join Cipla (Kurkumbh, Pune) plant. but in kashmir it's a franchise house and doctors are not satisfied because in kashmir we don't have provide doctors any facilities as well as Conferences happen, they know everything, there is no benefit in telling them, if something is told to them, it will not happen, that is why they give opportunities to other companies, that is why Cipla is not growing here

Everything not free canteen though such a big and profitable organisation Mangers just dominates to new joiny Officially work day 9-5 and 5 days working, but one is doing 24/7

Company is good but some managers Are politics in Rating.not given proper ratings in cipla plant.lots of politics in ratings near people given very good ratings and above other state person given very bad Rating in QA department.

Dislikes

Senior Manager person are politics in Rating and also used only manpower for working not given proper Ratings.in QA department.
