Overall CIPLA is a good company but I feel it is mismanaged by some decision makers at site and corporate level

Decision makers at site and corporate level are not good. Some Managers (HoDs) are harassing their own team so that stability cannot be created at shop floor and employee want to leave CIPLA at any cost. This instability at shop floor level gives managers excuses to secure their jobs and position. Higher Management is not able to detect this kind of toxic cultures created by some Managers.
