Company Culture is Terrible, There are so many politics in the internal team. Management is also terrible. I'm surprised to see the work culture is too much terrible in this MNC House.. Uncultured people are getting advantage in this Division and authentic peoples fired without any reason. Work pressure is too much. Getting unnecessary targets which is not achievable at any cost. No one can solve your problem. You have to solve by yourself or left the company. Soo mny uncultured and uneducated peoples are there.. When I met with these candidates they don't know even how to introduce yourself..I am shocked ..how cipla can hire these type of candidate ,strange

Horrible place to work specially the General Counsel there will torture you so much that you will eventually have to see a docter,He shouts and treat you like a bonded labour. I will never suggest anyone to join specially their legal team. If you are considering cipla, never ever work in their legal team, you will repent later, never ever join cipla.

Managers are bias in culture, company environment will degrade the company over the period. They make a list, call and tell them to resign from the post. This is very much breaks to employee in their life. Working hours are 10 o 12 hours because of more documentation and their compliances.

Earlier it was best but from last 3 to 4 years I don't know who gives them award of best company to work in.. Now Cipla is not company it is all what DSH will decide.. it is his own company and his policy wherein HRs will listen to DSH not company's policies.. Nothing to like

HRs are not listening to MRs, ABMs. HRs are now seeing how can they listen to their DSH and save his own job.. It is going worst day by day.. MRs are putting 20k to 25k per month to achieve targets so DSH can get promoted in 1 year and MRs family can beg for food on streets as last time in 1 year against HR policy he got promoted asDSH so now again he can..
