Nothing too much....only my RSM's supportive behaviour. A big name but current work culture is not ethical. Just fulfill their desired targets even if you need to put your hard-earned money in it. Never suggest anybody to go for Cipla.

Sales pressure though we are there for marketing. Company earns from the sales executives....and they don't have the same for them.

Advanced in terms of using it because so far I can remember in the year 2003 they are initiator in the pharma market on line reporting system and the other part is CENTRAL TRAINING PROGRAM which helep the freshers to know about the market competitors so from day 1 u enter into the market with perfect aim.

Too much of activities which make the freshers life miserable,its tough to balance ur professional life along with the personal life.
