Job are basically safe for 2 years who don't work at all because people are not terminated with out data integrity issue.

Dislikes

So much of discrimination between the department, specifically people are discriminated based on their designation , unit heads have all the facilities and siting at same place you would not. This is a culture which use to be followed 20 yrs back. And management itself appreciate this culture.
