System of the company is the best. Everything is performed in a very well planned manner. If you have a query there is a person sitting there just to resolve your questions. Distribution is THE BEST of Cipla.

Career confusion

Hey guys, i am a btech mechanical graduate, year 2023. I got placed in a pharmaceutical company,in maintenance dept, but work here is purely either Documentation or some kind of general management work, nothing related to actual mechanical application. I feel stuck here with no possible growth. What should i focus on, if i want to switch to non pharma company, like automobile or heavy machinery etc. , as a mech grad ?
