documentation practices are good

So many non - conformance in documentation, systems, very difficult to manger. Manpower is very less and there is no co-ordination and collaboration across departments and global teams. There is so much of gap in the communication, system wise. Work load is more and job insecurity is very high. As systems are not good. high amount of fear in loosing the job in resolving such old issues. Time and resources are very less when compared to the problems that are there w.r.t GMP, facility and management expectations. Manpower is very unstable....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
