I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

First of all they gave me a lot of opportunities to grow further, then the working environment is very good here,also the management is very supportive and yeah ofcourse the colleagues are very nice, friendly and knowledgeable...I love working here.
