CIMS (Sahil) is a part of Cosmos hospitals run under the able leadership of Dr. Sunil Mittal ji....I have grown as an individual having a deeper insight of psychology and patience to deal and see the patients improve...be it psychologically disturbed, drug & alcohol abuse patients...at the end of the day see them re-adjust to the main stream...that is what is rehabilitation that we provide.

Dislikes

Nothing that I can think of...as I have seen patients improve day in and day out...when they are ready to go home as healthy individuals...We have to sometimes abstain from personal touch getting too involved with patients...at the end of the day they are as normal as any other individual...

Work Details

I am a volunteer at CIMBS where I spend quality time with psychological patients...co-ordinating activities and sessions with rehab patients. We provide patients with CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) including psychological sessions, yoga, art and craft-

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

The way counselors, psychologists as well as psychiatrists work as a team, instead of dragging each other down which so is the case in other psychiatric hospitals.

Work Details

8 to 10 hours shift, that too Monday to Saturday (& some times even Sunday) can make you feel monotonous.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
