Working on model development and writing queries

The thing is that for every project its the same tables and same queries. No new tables or data. There is one lead who is pretty bad in that company who doesn't know much. Even you are a fresher he degrades you and compares with always iit guys. Which he himself not from iit. No new technologies. No writing of new libraries just same query and same code for every project. Not a good company to learn and not a good lead to work under....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
