Working on model development and writing queries

Dislikes

The thing is that for every project its the same tables and same queries. No new tables or data. There is one lead who is pretty bad in that company who doesn't know much. Even you are a fresher he degrades you and compares with always iit guys. Which he himself not from iit. No new technologies. No writing of new libraries just same query and same code for every project. Not a good company to learn and not a good lead to work under.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
