whatever new project comes you need to work and also, you need to work on your skill oriented job. based on your salary they allocate no. of projects. if you are lead and salary is 1.5*years of exp then you need to work atleast 2 projects. if you resign they treat you like enemies of company and salary settlement may take 6 months and PF is very less and it will not processed.

Dislikes

work environment, management culture, politics, the way HR treated.
