Growth within company is extremely slow. HR team in unresponsive. Not as transparent as it used to be. Employee development and engagement focus is limited and mostly focused around the Hyderabad team. Because of this, employees in other offices feel left out.

Dislike there is a lot of company politics going on. I wasn't given any hike even after performing and giving deliverables within time. The worst company in the case of management.
