If could give minus ratings I would have given that. Unfortunately it’s not there. I didn’t like anything about working at chubb

1. They don’t have proper team structure 2. No documentation have been maintained. 3. They expect you to work without any proper KT 4. Comparing to others and making you feel useless 5. There’s no work life balance just because manager works late night you are obligated to work till 2:30 am in the morning and this is not one or twoday every single day work hour extension happens. Even during weekends they have audacity to call you and make you work 6. Development team and Analytics are not in sync.
