Store Dy manager and Manager is doing politics in store Department, not support in any kind of activities and also currently DY manager is very harmful for company hi has no any knowledge about store Department. His not support and doing politics in team only specific person support in company.

- Tremendous work load and no any way out or solutions for the problems, its only habitual and repetitive , You have to stay in company even after working hours for meetings and reviews etc - Not having basic facilities for Employees , No canteen , No bus and No road in rainy season - There is no any coordination neither communication between Management and Employees , Policies are made as per management comforts and no any consideration of employees - If you are on leave you are supposed to support from home at any cost...Read More
