I like working in a Child Care Institution, in which children are getting/fulfilling their basic amenities, which their parents/parent/Guardian feel difficult to fulfill. I am being supported by their work and their salary.

Dislikes

Parents/Parent/Guardian have lost/forgotten their responsibilities on the Children. Teammates feel difficult to learn any new work and feel it as burden, so some people have more responsibilities and some have less, but both have the same salary. The policy of Govt. changes based on the need, but Management feels difficult to followthe changes, so the employees faces the problem and they are answerable for anything. Children are there in Child Care Institution for 24*7, so the staff/responsible staff needs to be available either by present or phone, so the staff can not spend time with the family. Since the staff have been involving in social work, we can not expect more salary, so the need of the staff is not fulfilled....Read More

Work Details

Responsible for all Children on the aspects like Health, Behaviour and Education, giving data of children to Govt.sectors, dealing the parents/guardian, answering to officials, making home visits of children, tracing the parent, escorting the children.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
