Work well , its a good company and provides a good compensation.

Dislikes

People are negative settleled with idea that company thows away those who are not needed. I personally dont believe it cuz i haven't seen it happening. But who knows. Also , this though it doesn't matter much but i personally am not habituated to this every month review thing , though who cares , its all good.

If you are good at what you do then it's a above average place for you to work with the following:- 1. Fix working hours 2. Timely salary and appraisal 3. Supportive TL and FM.

Dislikes

No WFH, tea/coffe is horrible. The food in lunch/dinner is also horrible.

I'm very pleased to be a part of the chetu group, It has a great structure, All the people are friendly and helpful. Good company for those who are willing to Learn new technologies and want to enhance their skills. Chetu offers excellent benefits includes 6 month appraisal,Free cab facility,50% Meal Reimbursement. Constantly learning new Technologies related to various industries.

1- All team leader have 0 skills and 0 communication skills. 2- Management is disgusting, no professionalism. 3- Very low salary and also not sure when it will come. 4- No work life balance. 5- Min 2 years of bond for torture employees. 6- Late night work without over time pay. 7- Change policy any time. 8- Food is disgusting. Thinks thousands time before join.

I really thanks to Chetu India Pvt Ltd, to give me a opportunity to work. I have learn lots of things on Chetu. I worked on multiple projects. Really Chetu is very good company to develop skills. Most of the project is in web development. Writing code from scratch to deployment everything is doing by developer only, whic is a very good thing for any one. After Gautam Buddha assumed the role of Floor Manager and I began working with Team Lead Mohan Upadhayay, the job became increasingly difficult. Mohan's management style was characterized by excessive pressure on team members and a problematic approach to workplace politics. His unprofessional behavior, such as consuming tobacco products at his desk, contributed to a negative atmosphere. Job security is a major concern at Chetu, as employees can be terminated without prior notice.
