No job security worked their for a month they didn't provide me salary simply call and say you are fired and if you email them they will not respond and will not provide any certificates for future employment and also they won't update the date of exit in PF . you will get - Exploitation, worst work culture, free treatment from their goons, delicious food stuffed with cockroaches and other insects. only 4 paid leave for entire year. (1- Jan, 26 - Jan, 15- Aug, 2 - Oct) what else you want??

If you are good at what you do then it's a above average place for you to work with the following:- 1. Fix working hours 2. Timely salary and appraisal 3. Supportive TL and FM.

No WFH, tea/coffe is horrible. The food in lunch/dinner is also horrible.

Work life balance is good. Office timing of 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm is very comfortable to work and gives you lot of time to improve your skills. Office working environment is good. In the name of chetu benefits basket chetu deducted more than one lakh rupees from your gross salary. No extra leave only 4 paid leaves in year. Alternate Saturday working. Bonus is added in salary slip when there is problem in your project that amount of bonus will deducted from your salary.
