Chenoa company, in India, has a very bad work culture and the management is least interested to address the issues that ultimately affects an employee's performance. The higher management is interested in employing their acquaintances,relatives, and friends, who are people with no knowledge about work and ethics but general employees are forced to cater their needs.
Dislikes
Very poor working conditions and no scope of absorbing new technology and talent. There are people who are residing here for some years now and they demotivate the good performers or new joinees to work. Also mostly people who could give business to the company are placed easily and talented people are kicked out if they don't adhere to management's unrealistic expectations.
