One of the Worst Company Ever I worked with, Management is not having trust in the employees, Management is not having any vision mission on how to grow. Very little or no use of the latest technologies. A director-level person is not having experience in the field company works, hence he is putting pressure on employees. One person, the marketing director is driving the company. No Cohesive work culture. People don't waste life by joining this company. work-life balance is zero. No appreciation, except Marketing Director No Job security to others.

Dislikes

Don't think of joining this company because of no Job security, Unwanted pressure, Old Guys who are working for the last 20+ years who are not contributing to company growth but creating only hurdles.
