It is good for Starting your career ,can gain skills and experience other than that don't expect salary and benefits.

Don't expect salary on time 1 or 2months will be late to get the salary.work will start from morning 8.30 am to night 8.00pm sometimes 9.00pm also at peak times.

Not a white collar job since it is a site work and even we have to work as fitter/helper in case if there is shortage.

For learning and improving knowledge it's a good... Instrumtation engineers don't give more than 75000 rupees for joining this company, it's not worth it.

Dislikes

Irregular salary 2 to 3 months once we get salary. For educational purpose it's OK but for life CHEMIN is one of the worst company I have ever seen. Seniors won't respect juniors. They are so dominant. No respect. Violation of rules.
