Organisation has a very good environment specially for young engineers who want to start their career in telecommunications field. Pay scale is also good as compared to the market standard & they also they also provide different allowances and incentives. During this pandemic the organisation has been very supportive by providing necessary work euipments and allowances. The higher management is also very good & supportive. Great company to start your career, Senior management is very helpful, teammates are helpful.Benifits are great like allowances, insurqnces etc
