Join here only if you want to experiment your career and finally willing to ruin your career. Peak of politics, no job security they may fire you at anytime without any prior notice intimation, there is no FnF settlement, they ask us to pay 2 months salary in advance to get relieving letter, before firing any employee they hold 1 month salary of the employee, Salary never on time always credited after 7th date, You get to learn so many abusive and slang filthy words from drivers everyday and most barbarous thing is that drivers keep calling you even during midnight times bcoz company does not release drivers payment and those ppl irritate you this happens in all cities wherever cogos is running its office operations finally sometimes you need to land in police station as well when complaint raised by drivers even this time company is least bothered of employee managers reply its your headache we are paying you salary for handling these issues also what the fish,,Drivers threaten you sometimes, High rate of attrition all talent ppl leave the org for better growth and scrap who are zero talent are Left in the org and boot liking is major talent needed, a BIG zero HR policies worthless HR dont even know how to speak with colleagues bossy type culture. The owner of the company is a big scammer, PLZ shutdown this company you are suitable in logistics industry there is so much negativity in the market from both drivers and customers end. 1.Completely company will run on fake promises to employees ( Hike , Appraisal ) 2. Salary payout at every month btwn 7th-10th 3. Sometime you should not expect your salary on time untill you get a mail from HR that they don't have funds even to pay employees salary 4.if you're rich you can join ...why cos you don't know when youwill get your salary as everyone is working for money if you don't get your salary on time what's the point of working in these types of organisation without a proper funds in company. 5. Nothing at all to like about COGOS, They r just making money for themselves and emp wellbeing is completely on stake.. Vendor are suffering for payments with no certain credit period... since years failed to get any investment or even to get a buyer to sell this firm... no credibility in market & it just a sinking boat ....

It had been a nightmare and worst part of my entire career working with this company called COGOS, The management behaves like chancellor and think that employees are enslaved with them for entire life expects to work with them without raising your voice in extreme toxic culture... no vision/no mission just harassment of emp. , clients and vendors .... poorest payment cycle to vendors as managing payout through karma life lender that directly impact and spoil entire credit history and CIBIL of vendors.. During my 01yrs of tenure salary got credited in parts and delayed.. never ever think about to join this ruthless firm if you need peace of mind and your personal life safe as it will destroy you completely....Read More
