Only reason I like this company is it is located in vijayawada

Seriously company is not looking for growth, so obviously no growth for employees. No leadership, currently leads are trying to retain the position. By the way leads are 2-3 years experienced who don't know how to respect others What's unfortunate is that even those with 10-11 years of experience who can lead a team in a great way have to be under them.

manager & leads who are working more than 7 years, their dominance will be like hell & we can't take that dominance. we can't learn new technologies . the company is supporting for a pharma clinical research & they have only one client (of course its a big), their internal things were like OMG..
