If you are in billing you will be safe.

Dislikes

No Appraisal. No respect from top level management. Employees are treated as like curry leaves. Once you complete project immediately you will be lay off without any notice and salary benefits. 200% no job security.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
