It's a fentastic experience to work in Auditor firm. I was very honour to work in that firm. I was talking more responsibility, even work part is so amazing. Totally it's a super experience and a very good plat form to learn everything in that firm.

Dislikes

Nothing like that. It was a very good firm. He was a good human being.

Work Details

Actually my part of that firm is exicuting the returns as related to GST and Income tax & Vat return. I'm also do the ESI & EPFO related works. And also I done Tally work in system

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
