Working in this company is incredibly stressful and frustrating, with no sense of mental peace. Many employees are under so much pressure that they rely on anxiety medication to cope. The environment is biased, with clear favoritism toward local Kannada-speaking employees. Despite working long hours—8 hours on the system being mandatory—there is little to no flexibility, and failure to comply results in Loss of Pay (LOP). The organization is poorly managed, with even the managers often unsure of their responsibilities. Micro-management is prevalent, but it is disorganized and lacks structure. Employees receive no respect or recognition for their efforts, and there is a clear culture of partiality. Team bonding is almost non-existent, and the overall mentality feels cheap and unsupportive. Opportunities for growth are minimal, with no clear path for promotion or professional development. Salaries are rarely paid on time, adding further financial stress. There is no sense of company culture, and work satisfaction is practically nonexistent.
