Not a good place to work. Company policy is not clear. Increment not regular, salary not in time.. some time salary credit after 1.5 months.

Highly unprofessional people. Calling people to work for Sunday as well. Liar says we have non working on Saturday but they open office at vaishali for sundays also. Terrible working culture. You cannot like anything here please don't join sit at home and relax. Rather than joining this firm. Cigarette smoker and paan masala khane wale log hai inke office mein. Hr is useless highly illiterate person. Unprofessional illiterate people can even call you after you leave this company.

The Director himself is the most ridiculous and illiterate person in this company. Favorite's are the vibe of this company. No HR policies..Actually there is a girl in HR who does not know the H of HR but works as the director himself. No compiance..and above all they do not give the justified salary you deseve. They will kick you out by putting unkind allegations.. Never join this company.

Company ready to cut pay for a single Holiday. Even they require and greedy there employees should work for Sunday also. 24X7 working hours for long time, Whatever they want they will do according to there choice. Think twice before joining this company. Even they cut salary for Gadgeted holidays after they mention in there list of Holidays. They will throw you out when they have fully used you.
