The company is in its commencement phase. Hence you would get lot of exposure with handling different activities. The company has its own cafe inside its office through which you can get stuff for yourself. You get 5000 credits per month which you can spend in the cafe.

Chaincode gives you a lot of professional exposure. The company offers world-class training to learn new technologies and grow technically. The retention rate is very high. There is a friendly work culture like other top-tier companies like Microsoft. You interact with mentors from technical fields and learn from them. The leave policies are good and help one have a balanced work-life equation except for a few days. I have enough time to spend with my family and learn simultaneously. I also want to point out that there is a very flexible work structure for women. There is no gender bias. The ranking is purely based on competence. They have also opened a Chaincode Cafe wherein the company credits a specific amount in its employee's wallets each month.
