Being a salesforce partner, we get good exposure on salesforce technology, small company and events are good. unique looks of office.

Dislikes

Preference to senior management, Nobody cares about others, Parking is only allocated to senior management that too top 8 people, even though those 8 people follow hybrid and their parking spots are empty still they don't allow others to use that spot. HR is rude and thinks they are the everything, projects are less so you have to be on bench for 3-4 months on average. CG Infinity is one of good places I have worked, learnt a lot, managers and seniors are easily reachable and the culture is probably the best. You would get hands on with different tech, and learn tons of things.

Dislikes

I would say there can always be room for improvement and upgrade existing things. I feel like hybrid should be an option for each and every employee irrespective of his /her position maintaining the even culture throughout and not just continuing the hybrid for existing 80 percent of employee. Secondly, periodic perks can be a little cherry on the cake which can be introduced.

Appraisals are decent but depends on your manger.

Extremely biased company, recently they added a policy that only senior management will get parking space, hence only top 10 people are able to get parking space, every decision is taken to benefit the senior management, Senior management takes work from home whenever they want but does not allow others even in serious situation.

Lack of projects, long bench duration, No parking space for lower designation as they have parking only for higher designation, Management is not open to feedback, they force employees to put good reviews in ambitionbox and glassdoor

I wouldn't say that I dislike working from office but I feel that the company must provide Hybrid work culture to all of the employees.
