There were some employees who were aware of their misery.

Everything, no cafeteria, no professionalism, totally crappy office culture, and the top positions for eg, Sr,Team leaders are pathetic. Some of the Team leaders are irrelevant and lack basic mannerism as well as personality.

I am not satisfied with the appraisal system, as it involves two appraisal cycles where employees are required to document all their achievements and challenges, as well as provide self-ratings. The appraisal process is based on salary scales, where those with lower salaries tend to receive the highest percentage of appraisal increases.

It's more peaceful to work there and our TL and team Manager was so supportive and helpful. I felt very Satisfied working there. Everybody are friendly there.
