The team is very helpful. They will guide you and help to keep your mental peace.

However they give too much power to the superior, and do not like to question the decision of superior even if the result might not be as favourable. But it is something that they should improve on their own and it does not affect my work life. They would judge if you give straightforward answers to superior instead of requesting for something and definitely would judge if you leave office on time. At one time, for the latter one they stop like after 2 months. There is the "come on Saturday" for people who don't cover targets but no overtime or no attendance for those days. wfh role. I joined recently. Onboading was very seamless even though it was online. Trainings were delivered well and the team managed everything smoothly. good systems to manage all work.

Everyone is friendly from founders to the people I’m working with. I’ve learned a lot in this organisation. They help you alot and train you to develop your skills as a recruiter.

Pathetic management, lacks trust in employees. Micro management, endless meetings and still wants every one to perform.on daily basis. Not stable with ERPs. Keep changing policies every now and then. Unhealthy environment.. TOXIC Culture ! Even clients are decreasing day by day.
