Work culture was good and team was very supportive and management was quite good.

Dislikes

There was no good work life balance and very slow salary growth.

Work Details

There was very busy schedule, going to company was fixed but not surity when will be coming back.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
