Work environment is toxic, with management favouring certain employees, even they make mistakes or not working. Regardless of your role or designation, they will not appreciate for single thing. They expect you to work around the clock including weekends, and even during holidays, you are required to justify why you are not available on the weekends. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
