Worked as a Management Trainee (Business Development) at Centricity. They have a very strong and goal orientated founding team. Company's culture (at the major offices/bigger branches and head office) is wonderful. Head of Business development is very polite and supportive. They also focus a lot on training, development and financial knowledge.

Notice period is 90 days. No variable components (performance linked).
