Work life balance, Annual Parties, client facing opportunity (to a limit though) and multiple areas of involvement in practice management.

Dislikes

Favoratism, hiring new people at Senior designations and not considering employees who are already associated and delivering to high levels since long, clients trust not letting a person go is NOT considered as a positive thing of the person.

Office politics.. some people who have been with the company for more than 3-4 years are considering the organisation as their home. Promotion ratings and feedbacks are given on the basis of relationships with each other and you are forced to join them on every party and come on video calls forcefully and they tend to be on side of flat hierarchy but the oldest is the superior. If you want to keep your life personal than you better don't join. No sick leaves and earned leaves as compared to other organisation. No professionalism no personality development. UNSAFE FOR FEMALE EMPLOYEES. Hard work is not appreciated. They consider US counterparts as their client and if you disagree then it's your fault. Budget only for parties but not for certification reimbursement. No certification platform for learning. No office infrastructure. They brag for work life balance since you have to work with US counterparts. False promises for the onshore opportunities. In reality strictly policy of WFH doesn't allow to go for US....Read More
