Lots of Benefits in Centric. Medical protection is awesome, only 2 days office in a week in normal days( before corona) , Flat organisation structure ( Open Doors) - I means any one reach out to Business lead to ask anything about yourself or company. No hesitation to ask them becausewe all are working like friends and yes we have lots of parties in a year. Increments and bonuses are awesome.
