I worked as a Test Engineer, Test leads are very supportive and they provided training classes on java, Jemeter, security, cucumber, which is helped me in my career growth. Hikes(10 to 15%) are good compared to other companies.

No Work from home policy.

Work Details

Management assigned me to one P.M, I have to take care(testing) of all projects under that P.M, some time we need to handle multiple projects at a time.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
