You will jot be updated with new technologies and also there will be no understanding about the employee condition and also the salary is too low compared outside and also you will have no time to learn other technologies as you are work overloaded. I recommend not to join

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
