1. Work life balance is really pathetic. In my tenure of 2yrs barely I remember i left the office on time. 2. Due to lack of Employees engagement activities employee doesn’t find any motivation to work here. 3. Being government organisation, no initiatives for implementation of new technology or SDLC tools.

Higher Authority dont have any Vission and Mission specially ICTS group. Nepotism and Groups along with Gossips and Suppressing Skillful employees plays a terrible role here under Associate Director to its sub Directors.

Generally for those who are generally fresher's and need to start there career in field of IT, In most cases employee has to work on Saturday as well as Sunday
