Forget about the work life balance. Lot of work pressure. Section is the worst with the worst possible managers and group heads. The day starts with threatening messages in WhatsApp group by the group head. Promotions are dependent on how much of a slave you are. They expect you to be in office for extra hours and on weekdays too even if they don’t have any project.

Liked the other fellow contract colleagues and stuff. You get to do R&D if lucky and get assigned to good project. will get better leave policy from other org. Can be good for early stage individual trying to break into job market, but not good for staying long term.

From job satisfaction to learning stuff, everything depends on the team (it can vary very highly, some of the managers are very difficult to work with) and project you get assigned to, and that assignment is mostly random. It will be either deadlines galore (feels like not that of real value, it feels more like pressure tactics for visibility) or very long stretches of benching but you can at least self learn at that time. Working here with senior peoples have good experience as youngsters. They won't allow us grow . Without having any technical knowledge they came on the top and blame freshers with their ego. Promotion is also based on the politics. Very pathetic situation to work here .Not recommended for the people who is bothered about their career
