No support/guidance from Controlling Offices and all risks borne by Branch Manager. Higher authorities do not take timely decision & provide necessary infrastructure support due to which the business of the Bank suffers. Majority of promotion giver to officers posted in Head Office and Controlling Offices who are close to the Executives ignoring their field exposure and qualification etc.
