Hey guys. Even I thought the work life balance and career growth would be same as some other companies. But trust me everything is fantastic here. Our seniors guide us very well to bring out the best inside us. We feel really very happy to work how many hours we can work in a day. It is really a fantabulous journey of mine with centelon. Less salaries (During joining they said this is the salary but after joining they deducted some percentage of salary for courses even if we are not willing to do) No recognition, Less salary hike and more work pressure.

Company is small with very less amount of employees so we may not get help sometimes when ever we need help. As I am a junior employee I felt like that.
