Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The management team really seems to care about their employees. You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company need you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when you need to. It's a fare trade;

-No process adherence. -They can go against offer letter rules amd condition. -Worst life balance. -Managers taking huge hike , thats why they using developers like monkey and labours. -Worst and useless HR .She comes just for applying makeup and lipsticks. -U will be monitored for lunch time and break time very closely. -Be ready to fire at amy time. -There is only offc coming timing ,no outgoing time.Even HR told this to employees. -No emergency leaves. -No leave for election voting , even gov has declared holiday. -No appraisal cycle for employees. -If u put paper your salary of notice period will be on hold.(3 months salary) -There is a lot i cannot tell about ,u just understand , this is not IT company.
