Dislikes

There's no proper team structure. Very immature team right below leadership. They've a bond lock in period, which obviously should state in itself their poor attrition rates. Work-life balance is not upto the mark as a lot of their projects are poc with unreasonable delivery dates.

I have developed the ability to manage 4-5 clients at a time, which has been both challenging and rewarding. In this industry, such dedication is crucial for staying ahead and achieving long-term success.

Celebal gives its associates vast experience and learning opportunities. Someone who has spent a good couple of years in CT will be able to handle the work of its double experienced associate as well outside CT. The company offers flexibility to adapt to new innovative approaches and solutions.
