They've found a niche in the company where they're able to make money in between the crevices of a product building using azure ecosystem.

Dislikes

- The organisation has no proper management system, similar to a college coding club. - Very poor work culture, people call or ping you at absolutely anytime of the day/night for small things. - Most people here are cold to talk to and overworked/underworked to a point that it's impossible to feel a genuine connection (given that it's a startup). Could be because the company doesn't spend any money on team building or cultural events which has made everyone feel like a stranger. - The worst thing is the bond, given their work culture without bond, people would straight off be leaving. - They're doing layoffs, and everyone is aware about it internally. Celebal is laying of 40% of people in a step wise manner. - The interesting part about the development culture here is, there is barely any jira board used here or anything similar, knowledge boards or info repos barely exist even though most people are working on similar stack/projects. - There's none or any sort of benefits, gifts, extra curricular activities, sports room, cultural events or anything of sorts here. It's just pure come to office, sit behind the desk and code everything in a single day with little to vague information....Read More

Handling clients from different industries has been a good learning experience. The career opportunities are very vast here. Few months back, I even got the chance to travel abroad and present at a tech summit. It was my first time being on an international platform. I am happy with the work and environment here.

Work-life balance depends a lot on the clients. It keeps changing so be ready to adjust accordingly.

As a trainee, I did not expect to get so much hands-on experience so soon but within few months I was handling my own projects. Even the interns here get quality experience and practical learning. The company invest in training and development for all employees. It is a nice workplace for freshers.

It's not a typical 9 to 5 job and there are days when we have to work long 12 hours.

If you get into good project then you will be safe. You might get good manager who stands for you then you can survive here.

Some Team members are good but overall management sucks. If you are on bench for more then 1 month, you will be fired.

Work culture is so poor. So much politics. No professionalism. Not a single policy is in favour of employees. Layoffs are most often while the conversion and appraisal cycle is due. Seniors abuse their down lines so badly.
