CEIPAL= POLITICS People are sacked without reason for egoistic managers. Managers without skills on trial basis given positions. If managers lack skill and does not knows the process how can they handle queries. Clients are fooled by bluffing and managers only tell us this to do. No job security Irresponsible HR team just a toy of management. Lack of professional trainers Favoritism in promotion. Coming to promotion here is it easy. Promotion = Money giving to managers+ taking their calls and they enjoying life taking multiple breaks and assigning work and going home early. These days managers are asking to send money to relatives by UPI and they would collect from them and blackmailing also happens like asking if you tell this your promotion is in my hands. Also here you will judge the class of managers..once you join you will get to know. And that too religion based promotion is given. You are asking about Work from home, our seniors told that entire covid had to work from office. No proper cafeteria and last location was like a 2bhk flat. Management ignores and keeps quite....incapable people in management and they think what they do is correct. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
