The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that iam a part of team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a Google client base we work happily in calibration. I also like the employee re_hire policy

Compensation is decent but growth is slow . Work load are too high and presure is more to complete work . According to work sallery is not good .

I am in Mumbai Corporate office as an Executive Assistant. reporting to JMD. No scope of EA only chatugiri is welcome. In this organisation particularly mumbai office EA is only hire to insult in front of guest. JMD he is like dictators and want to rule everyone in this organisation even for office boy and to frustrate to his EA. No Planning and execution only mess, He is not willing to give any inputs and expect lots. late working hours whenever he requires but when you want leave he is always reluctant.
